Responsibilities:
Performs simple to medium back-office transactions to insurance clients (Life/P&C).
Handles queries via email from customers.
Ensures accuracy and timeliness of transactions.

Preferred skill:  
Knowledge on Insurance terminology
Knowledge on basic Insurance principles and lifecycle
Knowledge on basic Reinsurance principles.
