Role Objective: The objective of the Junior Instrumentation Engineer role is to support the design, integration, calibration, and validation of instrumentation systems for aerospace applications. The role ensures accurate data acquisition, reliable sensor performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards, contributing to the development of advanced propulsion and testing systems. 

Role Overview: This role involves working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to implement and maintain instrumentation and control systems. The candidate will be responsible for sensor integration, data acquisition setup, system validation, and troubleshooting within high-performance aerospace environments.

This role ensures high-quality, precise, and reliable system data, which is essential for innovation and mission success. 

Key Responsibilities:  

Select, integrate, and calibrate sensors for Aerospace applications  
Develop and implement signal conditioning, noise reduction, and interfacing techniques  
Set up and manage data acquisition systems for real-time monitoring  
Perform system validation, calibration, and performance testing  
Analyse acquired data to identify trends, anomalies, and insights  
Troubleshoot instrumentation, sensors, and DAQ systems  
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols  
Maintain documentation: schematics, calibration reports, test procedures, and manuals  
Support System Automation architecture review, I/O mapping, panel wiring, and HMI/GUI development  
Conduct preventive maintenance for instrumentation systems 


Experience & Background: Minimum 1 Year of Experience & Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation/ Instrumentation and Control/ Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent. Exposure to Automation systems, and Industrial control systems is preferred. Familiarity with aerospace or high-reliability systems is an added advantage. 

Ideal Candidate Profile: 

Strong understanding of sensors (pressure, temperature, accelerometers, etc.)  
Hands-on experience with signal conditioning and data acquisition  
Good knowledge of instrumentation standards and safety practices  
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability  
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure engineering environment  
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)  
Team player with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude
