We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Jr. Coordinator – Training & Development to join our team! 

  Industry: Automation
  Experience: 0–1 Year | Freshers Welcome
  Qualification: B.Tech – EC / EE / EX

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning of Training schedule, Monitoring training, OJTs, Mentoring, Evaluations etc.
Performance Evaluation : Timely preparation and maintaining score cards, planning of feedback sessions and smooth execution of process.
Induction and visit of new joiners.
MIS updation and filing work.
Participation in other HR activities as and when required.

 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
 Good knowledge of MS Office and email etiquette.
 Good communication and coordination skills.
 Fast learner with multitasking ability.
 Positive Can-Do attitude and proactive approach.
